Hi, I’m Annie! Depending on who you ask, I’m a UX Designer, Experience Strategist, Experience Architect—among other things.
In essence, I’m someone who loves to dig deep into products, understand their inner workings, and transform that knowledge into seamless, impactful user experiences
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working across a variety of industries—from optimizing the New York Lottery’s product ecosystem, to redesigning award-winning pharmaceutical websites in partnership with FDA regulators, to replatforming major media brands like NBC Sports and the Golf Channel. Each project has challenged me to think creatively and strategically to solve complex problems.
What really excites me is getting to the core of a product—understanding its purpose, its users, and its context. Working at almost every customer service job you could think of growing up, I enjoyed talking to customers and understanding their core motivations and behaviors. From recognizing that people would leave trash on the counter because they couldn't see the garbage can, to observing most customers are calm on rainy days – this led me down the path of service design, and eventually user experience.
